This time, I tried making steamed bread using instant coffee.
The finished product was, as expected, coffee-flavored steamed bread. However, I forgot to add oil, and while I wondered how it would turn out, it ended up being a bit firm.

(1) Whisk the egg (whole egg), 20g milk, 60g sugar, and 3g instant coffee well with a hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
(2) Add 50g flour and 2g baking powder to (1) and mix lightly with a spatula.
(3) Pour (2) into cup molds (pre-warmed in a steamer) and steam for about 15 minutes in a boiling pot (a steamer with the lid wrapped in a towel).
(4) The finished product was a bit firm but fluffy. The coffee flavor was also strong.
