Coffee Agar Recipe (Instructions)
・First, I put 800g of water in a pot and brought it to a boil.

・Next, I used agar (red this time) and dissolved it in the boiling water.


・Then, I added 80g of sugar and stirred well.

・After turning off the heat, I added 15g of coffee powder and stirred well again.

・I transferred the mixture to a container and let it cool until it reached room temperature.

・Afterward, I put it in the refrigerator for one day. Once solidified, I cut it into pieces.
