Coffee agar jelly. If you use red agar jelly, it will have a color similar to grape juice.

Jelly

Today, I tried making coffee agar using red-colored agar.

The finished product turned out to be a color resembling grape juice, with the black of the coffee mixing with the red of the agar. The taste was like a light coffee jelly with moderate sweetness.
