Today, I made bread crust rusks using honey.
When I finished, I microwaved it at 500W for 2 minutes continuously, and some of the rusks burned. Heating for about 2 minutes in the microwave gives it a fragrant finish, but continuous heating seems to cause it to burn. It seems better to take it out and mix it every 1 minute of heating.

Honey Bread Crust Rusk (Instructions)
・First, I cut off the bread crusts and cut them into 2-3 cm lengths.

・Next, I spread the bread on a plate so that it wouldn’t overlap as much as possible, and heated it in the microwave at 500 watts for 2 minutes.
・Then, I sprinkled butter cut into approximately 5mm cubes and mixed until the butter melted from the heat.

・I added honey and mixed it further.

・Furthermore, I heated it in the microwave at 500 watts for 2 minutes. Since there was still a lot of moisture, I heated it again at 500 watts for another 2 minutes, but the bread at the bottom burned. It seems better to take it out and mix it every 1 minute of heating.
