Today we tried making a pound cake with changed the amount of butter and canola oil.
As a done cake, a pound cake had some dark spots inside by used 20g canola oil and 10g butter. We thought that the amount of 20g oil and 10g butter was too much for 50g flour. If we make a pound cake with oil and butter(and 50g flour), the amount of 10g oil and 10g butter were good.

Canola Oil and Butter Pound Cake Recipe (Procedure)
(1) At first, an egg was separated into egg white and egg yolk.
(2) Stirred egg whites for about a few minutes with a hand mixer. After that, added 10g of sugar then mixed for about 1 or 2 minutes until a meringue became like a stiff peak.
(3) Put one egg yolk, 40g of sugar, 20g of oil and 10g of butter in another bowl, and mixed them for a few minutes with the hand mixer.
(4) Put the meringue and 50g of flour in the bowl and mixed for 1 or 2 minutes with the hand mixer. A dough was done.
(5) Poured the dough into a cake pan. Then tapped the bottom of the pan from five to ten times in order to remove bubbles inside.
(6) Put the pan into an oven preheated at 180 °c. The cake was baked for 20 minutes, then it was baked at 160 °c for more 10 minutes. The cake rose too much and the shape of cake collapsed as shown in the picture.
(6) Finally, the cake was taken out from the pan, then cooling and cut it. As a done cake, a pound cake had some dark spots inside by used 20g canola oil and 10g butter.
