Muffins (Procedures)
(1) First, 50g of butter in a small bowl put in hot water in order to be melted.
(2) Next, put 50g of sugar, 110g of milk and 1 egg in a bowl then stirred well with a hand mixer for about 1 minute.
(3) Put 50g of melted butter and 150g of pancake mix in the bowl of (2) then stirred well with a hand mixer for about 1 minute. The dough was done.
(4) After that, muffin-shaped cups were warmed then poured the dough into the cups.
(5) Put the cups into an oven that preheated at 180 °c. The cups were baked for 20 minutes. If you want to check muffins inside, please stick skewer into muffins. Unless raw dough don’t attach the surface of skewer, muffins will bake well.
