Today, I tried to make a pound cake with more milk and eggs.
Due to the too much milk added, unfortunately, some parts in the pound cake (especially near bottom of the cake) was raw burnt. The some parts were raw burnt, so that the texture was sticky, but the taste was not so bad.

Pound cake (How to make)
(1) First, 2 eggs (120g), 100g milk, 50g sugar and 50g butter were put in a bowl and stirred with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes warming in the hot water.
(2) Next, I put 150g of hot cake mix into the same bowl and stirred it with a hand mixer for about 1 minute warming in the hot water as well. The dough was done.
(3) After that, the dough was poured into a pound cake mold with warmed beforehand.
(4) I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and baked it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes baking, but the dough was still raw, so that I baked it at 160 degrees more for 10 minutes again.
(5) Unfortunately, part of the pound cake (especially near the bottom of cake) was raw burnt, probably because of the amount of milk was too much. The some parts were raw burnt, so that the texture was sticky, but the taste was not so bad.
