Cheese Steamed Bread Recipe (Instructions)

(1) I mixed the whole egg, 35g milk, 20g oil, 20g cheese, and 60g sugar with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes (a bit more thoroughly to incorporate the cheese).

(2) To (1), I added 50g flour and 2g baking powder, then lightly stirred with a spatula.

(3) I poured (2) into a mold lined with lunch paper cups and steamed it in a boiling pot (I wrapped the pot lid with a towel to create a makeshift steamer) for about 15-20 minutes.
