Today we made egg steamed bread with new ratio of ingredients.

 

As a done steamed bread, it tasted sweet slightly less than products on the market. But the texture was fluffy inside. We should have added a little more sugar.

Egg Steamed Bread Recipe (Procedure)

(1) Stirred an egg, 15g of milk and 12g of oil  for about 1 minute with a hand mixer.

(2) Added 50g of flour, 30g of sugar and 2g of baking powder in a bowl of (1) then folded with a rubber spatula.

(3) Poured dough of (2) into cupcakes. Then steamed for about 15 minutes in a pot with a  lid which covered a towel to avoid water drops.

(4) As a done steamed bread, it tasted sweet slightly less than products on the market. But the texture was fluffy inside. We should have added a little more sugar.
