Today, we made sweeter egg steamed breads with 50g of sugar.
As done steamed breads, when they were in the cups looked good. But after we took them from the cups, we realized that they were undercooked inside. Their texture and taste were not so good. It could be caused by that we used cold cups for making steamed breads.

Egg Steamed Bread Recipe (Procedure)
(1) At first, a whole egg, milk (1 tablespoon) and oil (1 tablespoon) were put in a bowl and stirred with a hand mixer for about 1 minute.
(2) Next, added 50g of flour, 50g of sugar and 2g of baking powder in the bowl then folded with a rubber spatula. The dough was done.
(3) Then the dough was poured into cupcake pans.
(4) Put the cupcake pans into a boiling pot, cover the pot with a lid wrapped in a towel, and steamed them for about 15 minutes.
