This time, I made carbonated jelly. I aimed for a refreshing, fizzy texture.

The finished product had a good texture. I was surprised that simply mixing gelatin with carbonated water created that fizzy sensation. Eliminating bubbles on the surface is a challenge for next time.

Calpis Soda Jelly Recipe (Instructions)

(1) Add 5g of gelatin to 30g of water and heat in the microwave (600W for 30 seconds).

(2) Add 30g of sugar to (1) and stir well (until smooth).

(3) Add 280g of soda to (2) and stir for about 10-20 seconds. Done.

(4) Pour (3) into cups and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
