Carbonated Jelly with Canned Mandarin Oranges: Instructions
(1) In 50g of hot water, I mixed in 10g of gelatin until it was smooth.
(2) I added 295g of canned mandarin oranges to the mixture from (1), stirred for 10-20 seconds, and then added 430g of carbonated water to finish.
(3) I poured the mixture from (2) into a bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.

(4) Finally, I portioned it into cups.
