This time, I used Mitsuya Cider to make plum syrup carbonated jelly.

The finished product had a different fizz due to the change in carbonation. It seems the fizziness will be similar to that of the carbonated drink used. Also, when pouring the carbonated drink, a lot of bubbles appeared, and some remained on the surface even after chilling. I need to improve my pouring technique in the future. Additionally, when using a sweet carbonated drink, it would be better to reduce the amount of sugar compared to this recipe.

Plum Syrup Carbonated Jelly Recipe (Instructions)

(1) In 50g of hot water, add 5g of gelatin and 30g of sugar, and stir well until smooth.

(2) Add 190g of plum syrup to (1), stir for about 10-20 seconds, then add 200g of carbonated water. Done.

(3) Pour (2) into cups and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
