Addictive Cucumber Recipe (Instructions)

(1) Slice the cucumber into rounds about 2mm thick.

(2) Mix the sliced cucumber with 11g of salted kelp and 2g of salt.

(3) Chill in the refrigerator (overnight this time) and it’s done. The finished dish had a spiciness that made me want to eat more rice (like pickles). The umami of the kelp came through, and it was delicious.
