Today, I tried making a pound cake with vegetables.
The finished product didn’t have enough flour, so the vegetables were exposed. It was also dry due to insufficient moisture. When I tried to remove it from the cake pan, it crumbled apart. However, the salty taste was good, making it a nice side dish.

Pound Cake Salé Recipe (Instructions)
(1) Dice the potatoes and carrots. Roughly chop the spinach.
(2) Sauté the potatoes and carrots in 10g of oil. When the potatoes start to become translucent, add the spinach and 1g of salt, and sauté until wilted. The vegetables for the pound cake are now ready.

(3) Separate the egg into white and yolk.
(4) Make meringue from the egg white. To make a firm meringue, whisk with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes. Meringue is now ready.
(5) Whisk the egg yolk and 10g of oil. Once somewhat combined, add the flour and meringue and mix.
(6) Add the vegetables from (2) to (5) and mix with a spatula. The batter is now complete.
(7) Pour the batter into the cake pan, tap the bottom of the pan about a dozen times (to remove air), and place in the oven (preheated to 180℃). Wait 30 minutes at 180℃ for baking.

(8) After cooling, I tried to remove the pound cake from the pan to cut it, but it was stuck and wouldn’t come off.
