Steamed bread

Before making steamed cheese bread, I researched commercially available products (steamed cheese cakes).

As a result of my research, for the first attempt at steamed cheese bread, I’d like to try making it by mixing in an amount of cheese (around natural cheese) that is somewhere between the amount of whole egg and oil.

Steamed Cheese Cake Research

Yamazaki Seika’s steamed cheese cake is very delicious, so I bought one to use its ingredients as a reference.

The ingredients are wheat flour, sugar, whole egg, cheese cream, shortening, etc. So, in terms of ingredient quantities, I’d like to add an amount of cheese that is somewhere between the amount of whole egg and oil.

Also, the cheese used is “cheese cream.” It seems that mixing cream cheese and fresh cream makes cheese cream, but that seems a bit challenging. For now, I’d like to try making steamed bread by just mixing in cheese (starting with natural cheese).
