This time, I tried making cheese steamed buns with 35g milk, 20g oil, and 5g black tea leaves.
The finished product had a fluffy and moist texture, similar to store-bought steamed buns. When adding dry ingredients (like tea leaves) to steamed buns, 35g of milk and 20g of oil might be a good ratio.

(2) Add 50g flour and 2g baking powder to (1) and gently stir with a spatula.
(3) Pour (2) into a mold with lunch paper cups, and steam in a boiling pot (I wrapped the pot lid with a towel to make it like a steamer) for about 15-20 minutes.
(4) The finished product had a fluffy and moist texture, similar to store-bought steamed buns. When adding dry ingredients (like tea leaves) to steamed buns, 35g of milk and 20g of oil might be a good ratio.
