A huge, gorgeous pound cake that can be made with a smile with family and friends on special occasions during the year-end and New Year’s holidays. Making good use of commercially available ingredients, the cake is baked moistly, leaving the oven to do the baking, and then everyone can enjoy decorating it freely! The red and white hues celebrate the start of the New Year in a memorable way.

(cow’s) milk 100ml
Melted butter (unsalted) 100g
Decoration
fresh cream 200ml
sugar 2 tablespoons

raspberry 1 pack
blueberry 1 pack
powdered green tea 1/2 teaspoon
powdered sugar proper quantity
