・I preheated the frying pan with 10g of oil and the ring mold.
・While the frying pan was heating, I made the batter. I put 100g of pancake mix, 1 egg, and 100g of soy milk into a bowl and mixed them well.


・I poured the batter into the ring mold, but I added too much soy milk, and the batter spilled out through the gap between the mold and the frying pan.

・The batter leaked out while it was cooking over low heat.

・It also came out of the mold.

・After checking that the inside was cooked through with a toothpick, I transferred it to a plate.

・Although it was a mess during cooking, the finished pancakes were moist and chewy.
