This time, I made a jelly using coconut milk and regular milk.

The finished product tasted exactly like the ingredients—like a coconut-flavored milk pudding. Perhaps because I only used 30g of sugar, it was moderately sweet. However, the coconut flavor made it delicious.

Coconut Milk Milk Jelly Recipe: Instructions

(1) I added 5g of gelatin and 30g of sugar to 50g of warmed coconut milk and stirred well until dissolved.

(2) I added the remaining 50g of coconut milk and 200g of milk to the mixture from (1), stirred for about 10-20 seconds, and it was done.

(3) I poured the mixture from (2) into cups and left them in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.

(4) The finished product tasted just like the ingredients, like a coconut-flavored milk pudding. It was moderately sweet, which may be due to using only 30g of sugar. However, the coconut flavor made it delicious.
