This time, I made carbonated jelly with pineapple.

The sweetness of the finished product was just right, so I think the amounts of sugar and syrup (from the canned pineapple) were good. However, perhaps because there was too much water (the hot water used to dissolve the gelatin), the fizzy sensation of the carbonation was not very strong.

Pineapple Carbonated Jelly Recipe (Instructions)

(1) Add 10g of gelatin to 200g of hot water and stir well until smooth.

(2) Add canned pineapple (135g pineapple, 99g syrup) and 45g sugar to (1), stir for about 10-20 seconds, then add 200g carbonated water. Done.

(3) Pour (2) into cups and leave in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.

(4) The sweetness of the finished product was just right, so I think the amounts of sugar and syrup (from the canned pineapple) were good. However, perhaps because there was too much water (hot water), the fizzy sensation of the carbonation was not very strong.
