Today, We tried making homemade amber candy. For coloring, We used yellow and blue food coloring, and by mixing yellow and blue, I also made green amber candy.

The finished product turned out extremely sweet, thanks to the large amount of sugar used. We thought eating it when feeling stressed would calm my mind.

Amber Candy Recipe (How to cook)

(1) I added 300g of sugar and 4g of agar powder to 200g of water and heated it. I stirred until the powder dissolved completely.


(2) I added food coloring and mixed it in to add color.


(3) After waiting for the agar to set (about several hours later), I cut it into bite-sized pieces. The photo shows it placed on parchment paper.

(4) After leaving it at room temperature for about five more days, it solidified. The finished product turned out to be very sweet, but I felt that eating it when I was experiencing strong stress helped calm my mind.
