This time, I made milk jelly, referencing a recipe from Morinaga Cook.

The finished product turned out more like milk pudding, probably because I added too much sugar. It was delicious, but a bit too sweet for jelly. It was also on the softer side, possibly due to the higher water content.

Milk Jelly Recipe (Instructions)

(1) Put 5g of gelatin and 60g of sugar into 50g of hot water and stir well until smooth.

(2) Add 300g of milk to (1) and stir for about 10-20 seconds. Done.

(3) Pour (2) into cups and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
