To make carbonated jelly, I researched gelatin recipes.
First, I’d like to try making carbonated jelly using Calpis Soda.

I referred to “Morinaga Cook Gelatin” below.

It seems that 5g of gelatin is enough to solidify up to about 250-300g of liquid. After that, you just add the jelly ingredients.
For now, I plan to try with Calpis Soda.
I think I’ll need to use hot water to dissolve the gelatin, but I’m worried about the carbonation escaping. For now, I won’t know until I try, so I’ll make the jelly based on the recipe I researched this time.
As for the carbonation, it’s a personal preference, but I want to use Calpis Soda first.
