Mitsumame Milk Kanten Recipe (Instructions)
(1) Add 4g of powdered kanten to 400g of milk and heat. After boiling, simmer for about 3 minutes.
(2) Add 190g of canned mitsumame (mitsumame and syrup) to (1) and stir for about 10-20 seconds. Done.
(3) Pour (2) into a bowl, let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
