Milk Kanten with Mitsumame. A light sweetness from milk, mitsumame, and fruit.

Jelly

This time, I made milk kanten (agar-agar) with mitsumame (a dessert of agar cubes, fruit, and beans).

The finished product was delicious with a light sweetness from the milk, mitsumame, and fruit, even without adding any extra sugar.
