Carbonated Jelly with Canned Mandarins Recipe (Instructions)
(1) Add 5g of gelatin to 50g of hot water and stir well until smooth.
(2) Add 295g of canned mandarins (mandarins + syrup) to (1), stir for about 10-20 seconds, then add 170g of carbonated water. Done.
(3) Pour (2) into a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
