Jelly

Making carbonated jelly with canned mandarins.

The finished jelly was a bit loose and gooey when scooped, perhaps due to insufficient gelatin. However, the sweetness was just right and it was delicious. The carbonation was a little weak, but it was fizzy and refreshing.
