A discussion of recent search trends
A look at Google search trends reveals a remarkable level of interest in Ado’s true face and face exposure. This may be indicative of the “interest in the invisible” in modern entertainment, where the inability to see a person’s face can stimulate the imagination. The mysterious charm born of this anonymity can also be found in the world of homemade sweets. For example, by incorporating unexpected combinations of ingredients that cannot be imagined from the outside, or by incorporating textures with a sense of surprise, it is possible to stimulate the curiosity of the eaters and create the excitement of “what in the world does this taste like? and “What in the world does this taste like?
In addition, search terms such as “chirashizushi recipe” and “hamaguri no osukimono” indicate a high awareness of seasonal events and traditional food culture, as they coincide with the Doll Festival. As a homemade recipe site, it is essential to provide recipes that emphasize these seasonal elements. Adding a modern essence to traditional sweets, or proposing sweets that make use of seasonal ingredients from a completely new perspective, should inspire readers to want to try making them.
Furthermore, although there are few references to specific sweet genres, we can read an overall trend toward seeking small discoveries and pleasures in everyday life, such as “the quest for the unknown” and “seasonal pleasures. These insights can be used to great advantage in our homemade recipe ideas.

Blink of a stardust! Moonlight Jelly” in the night sky – Mysterious Blueberry Tailoring

| powdered gelatin | 5g |
| Water (for gelatin) | 2 tablespoons |

| [Stardust layer (upper layer) | |
| water (esp. cool, fresh water, e.g. drinking water) | 200ml |
| sugar | 30g |
| powdered gelatin | 5g |
| Water (for gelatin) | 2 tablespoons |
| Blueberry syrup (store-bought is OK) | 2 to 3 tablespoons (adjust color to taste) |
| lemon juice (ingredient) | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Food coloring (blue) | Small amount (to taste) |
| [Stars of Hidden Surprise] | |

| Edible flowers (edible flowers, white or yellow) | small quantity |
| Freeze-dried blueberries | small quantity |
way of making
- Now, let’s begin the adventure of creating a full moon night sky! First, let’s prepare the moonlight layer. Blot the powdered gelatin with a quantity of water.
- Place milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves, but be careful not to bring to a boil. Turn off the heat when the mixture begins to bubble.
- In a saucepan off the heat, add the blanched gelatin and dissolve well. Make sure to dissolve thoroughly in the residual heat. Once melted, add a few drops of vanilla extract and stir.
- Remove from heat and pour evenly into a glass or container of your choice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to harden. The key is to move on to the next step before it hardens completely.
- Next, make the stardust layer to represent the twinkling of stardust. Here, too, the powdered gelatin is blended with a quantity of water.
- In a separate saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. When the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat, add the blanched gelatin and dissolve well.
- Once melted, add blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and food coloring (blue) if needed to create the mysterious night sky color. The addition of lemon juice will give the flavor a kick.
- This is the secret to the delicious taste! When the Moonlight layer is still just before it is completely solidified and the surface is slightly pulled, pour in the Stardust layer slowly. By not completely solidifying, the borders between the layers will gently melt together, creating a fantastic gradation.
- Then comes the emotional climax! After pouring the stardust layer, quickly sprinkle in the arazan, finely crushed freeze-dried blueberries, and edible flowers. The trick is to wait until the jelly liquid begins to harden slightly so that the ingredients do not sink too low. Scatter them beautifully, just like twinkling stars in the night sky.
- Once all the layers are completed, refrigerate to firm and chill for at least 2 hours. The jelly is ready when it is completely chilled and firm to the touch!
- The white moonlight layer peeking out from the bottom of the glass, the blue night sky above it, and the twinkling stars…even before you eat, you will sigh at the beauty of this dish.
point
The most important point of this recipe is the timing of solidifying the two layers of jelly. By gently pouring in the top stardust layer before the bottom moonlight layer has completely set, the layers will naturally blend together, creating a mysterious gradation. The timing of sprinkling the arazan and freeze-dried blueberries is also important. Sprinkling them when the jelly liquid has begun to harden slightly will prevent the ingredients from sinking in, and they will be scattered beautifully, like stars in the night sky. Adjust the shade of color with the amount of blueberry syrup to create your own beautiful night sky.

How was it? How did you like “Stardust Blink! Moonlight Jelly” floating in the night sky – “Mysterious Blueberry Jelly”. One bite will make you feel romantic, as if you are traveling through the night sky. The beautiful appearance that stimulates the five senses, the freshness of blueberries spreading in your mouth, and the cool and gentle texture will soothe your mind and body.
