Simmered Pork Belly and Onion Recipe (Instructions)
(1) Add 50g of sugar, 100g of soy sauce, 100g of sake, and 50g of mirin to a pot.

(2) Add the pork belly and wedged onions to the pot. Cover with a drop lid and simmer for about an hour.
