Mandarin Orange Carbonated Jelly Recipe (Instructions)
(1) Add 10g of gelatin and 30g of sugar to 50g of hot water and stir well until smooth.
(2) Add the canned mandarin oranges (170g pineapple, 125g syrup) to (1) and stir for about 10-20 seconds, then pour in 230g of carbonated water. Done.
(3) Pour (2) into a dish and leave in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours. (The mandarin oranges floated.)
